Seedling | Manuring | Irrigation | Production | Variety

Cauliflower is not very nutritious, but it contains vitamin C in stable form. The climate of northern India supports its late sowing, therefore rather than one or two varieties four to six varieties can be sown.

Saplings can be obtained from nurseries.

  Manuring

While preparing the field for cauliflower 60-70 tons of cow-dung manure per hectare should be added. 45 kg Phosphatecan also should be added while perparing the beds.
